   Irrigation & Sprinkler Installation

Proper planning prior to the installation phase of an irrigation / sprinkler system, ensures high-quality results. During the planning phase of any of our installations, we:

 • Evaluate your situation and establish a plan for installation.
 • Setup access to the property if needed.
 • Prepare and implement a time frame for the installation.
 • Obtain the required permits.
 • Order the delivery of all materials.

An irrigation system is much more than just watering your lawn. It’s efficient by being planned and zoned for your sun, shade areas as well as different soil types from one end of the yard to the other.

It will contain the mandatory components such as double check back flows for keeping irrigation water out of your drinking supply as well as a rain sensor to shut the system down when it’s not needed and save you money.

Saving you money is really what it’s all about. 100% coverage, proper zoning and teaching you about how, when and why to use your new watering systems programming. Will give you the confidence to make the right decisions to get your lawn where you want it to be.

We typically install most all of our systems by the vibratory plow (pulling) trenchless method. It is much cleaner than tearing your whole yard up with a trencher. You end up with as few trenches as possible. Those that are trenched are then filled and tamped to keep them from sinking in and leaving ruts in your yard.
Most of my competition will tell you that this is not the way you want it done but that’s not true. In all reality this installation method is harder to install because it takes more fore thought and training. Unlike the open trench style where it’s easier to repair mistakes and your installation crew can be much less knowledgeable.
If you wanted your yard all torn up you would rent a trencher and do it yourself. That’s why you want professionals with the right equipment and training to come in and install it properly in a timely manner.
When a system is plowed in properly you can hardly tell that we have been in most of your yard. This looks better for you and is less stressful on the lawn. We will do some trenching but for the most part we try to use it only where the situation dictates it.

What quality are the components?        Professional or home owner grade.
What type of coverage will you get?     Wetting or truly watering your yard.
How easy is it to program?                     Will you need the manual every time?
Will they stand behind the product?      We have a three year parts and labor.
Will there be a water savings?               Can the system save you money?
